Unsustainable diets include starvation or odd/extreme patterns, including lack of variety, balance, and/or overall nutritional adequacy and long-term enjoyment. You are probably conditioned to believe that in order to lose weight, you have to starve or significantly deprive yourself, Trim Down Club believes.
